By submitting information through the feedback form on the website fortlinefencing.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), the User agrees to this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent). Acceptance (agreement) of this Consent offer is indicated by checking the box «I confirm my consent to the processing of personal data» or by the actual submission of the feedback form. The User gives their consent to Fortlinefencing (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), which holds the rights to use the Website and is located in Tacoma, to process their personal data under the following conditions:
This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:
personal data that is not special or biometric;
last name, first name, patronymic;
contact phone numbers;
email address.
The purpose of processing personal data: ensuring the Operator’s feedback communication with interested organizations and their representatives.
The legal basis for processing personal data includes: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data»; the Operator’s Certificate of State Registration | Charter; and other federal laws and regulations.
During processing, the following actions may be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Personal data may be transferred to third parties on the basis of Russian Federation law, contracts involving the personal data subject, or with the subject’s consent.
Personal data is processed until the Operator’s liquidation. Data processing may also be terminated at the request of the personal data subject.
Consent may be withdrawn by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written statement to the Operator or its representative.
If the personal data subject or their representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing the data without the subject’s consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006.
This consent remains valid until the processing of the personal data specified in paragraphs 8 and 9 of this Consent is terminated.
